Romans 15:13
Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Thank you, Father for the sweet joy and peace that is in you! Thank you for the hope and power that is given by your Holy Spirit. Forgive us for not believing as we should. Forgive us for not trusting when we should. Make us faith!

Lord, I lift up Jim M to you. Thank you for his joy and exuberance. Thank you for his love for you. Protect him. Provide his needs. Give him directions in his ministry.

Put a hedge about his family. Teach him to be a faithful, strong husband and father. Give him the time that he needs with his family.

Open doors for him to see you work. Open his eyes and ears to the moving of your Holy Spirit. Teach him about praying and answer his prayers!

Lord, I ask that you might fill him with your joy and peace. Anoint him with your hope and power.
