Isaiah 40:26-31.
Lift up your eyes on high
And see who has created these stars,
The One who leads forth their host by number,
He calls them all by name;
Because of the greatness of His might and the strength of His power, Not one of them is missing. Why do you say, O Jacob, and assert, O Israel,"My way is hidden from the LORD,
And the justice due me escapes the notice of my God"?
Do you not know? Have you not heard?
The Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth
Does not become weary or tired.
His understanding is inscrutable.
He gives strength to the weary,
And to him who lacks might He increases power.
Though youths grow weary and tired,
And vigorous young men stumble badly,
Yet those who wait for the LORD
Will gain new strength;
They will mount up with wings like eagles,
They will run and not get tired,
They will walk and not become weary.

Father, you created the stars and number them. Your greatness is beyond compare! Thank you that you do not grow weary or tired. Thank you that your ways are so above our ways and beyond our understanding. Forgive us for the times we think that you are looking at us or that you don’t care. Give us that unshakable faith that only you can give.

Lord, I lift up Pastor Phil. Thank you for his heart for you. Thank you for his hard work. Thank you for the way that he is raising men of God around him. Surround him with your love and your presence.

I ask that you might bless Phil with the knowledge that you are preparing him for a great adventure. Help him not to grow weary with all the business that these days hold. When he gets tired prepare sweet sleep. Help him to wake refreshed and excited about the moving of your spirit in the lives of the people of Sun Grove and in the whole process of this campaign. Let him, Father feel the prayers of your people and help those prayers to rejuvenate him.

Thank you for Lee Ann. I ask, Lord that you anoint her with extra special patience and encouragement during this time. Fill her with your spirit. Protect her emotions during this time. Help her to have peace knowing that you are holding her close. Answer her prayers. Give her the strength not to grow weary during this busy time too.

Protect their family. Supply their needs.

Anoint Phil so that he can share your dream. Anoint him with your words and wisdom. Give him peace knowing that you are in control. Fill him with confidence knowing that this week the issues have been prayed through, the answers are on their way, you are moving in our midst!

In the name of the great God who numbers the stars,
amen
