Philippians 1:6.
For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.

Thank you for the work that you’ve started in the lives of the Jr. and Senior high students at Sun Grove. Thank you for those that have a solid grounding in you.

Bring these to trust you with their whole heart, mind and soul. Help their hearts to feel for the lost and the needy as you do. Fill them with compassion and justice. Cause them to know how in your mercy and forgiveness you’ve called them.

Be in the forefront of their learning, so that their mind can understand how important you are in everything. As they learn in school and at home give them the concentration and the diligence to do their studies. Give them eyes to see how science, math and literature all speak of you.

Create clean hearts and souls that seek after spiritual things.

Lord, I lift up those that are on the fence and debating whether or not they want to give their lives to you. Provide the answers to their questions. Provide mentors and friends that will pull them close to you.

I lift up those who are rebelling against you. Work in their lives in a way that they can see you. Be the hound of heaven to them, don’t let them get away from you. As growing adults they take on more and more of their life as their own. Let them see that even though they may want to do things differently than their parents that you are still the end and the sustainer of all things. Help them to decide that they need to follow you because you are the God of ALL GODS.

In the Name of Jesus Christ,
Amen
