Make me to hear joy and gladness,
Let the bones which You have broken rejoice.
Hide Your face from my sins
And blot out all my iniquities.
Create in me a clean heart, O God,
And renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Do not cast me away from Your presence
And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.
Restore to me the joy of Your salvation
And sustain me with a willing spirit.
Then I will teach transgressors Your ways,
And sinners will be converted to You.
Psalm 51:8-13
I praise you, Father for the way that you hide your face from our iniquities. Thank you for your restoration and joy. Thank you for healing my brokenness. Forgive us for the times when we don’t have a steadfast spirit. Forgive me for my lack of willingness.
Thank you for the people of SG. Touch them and renew their spirits. Father, I pray for the woman whose name is above mine in the directory. Give her joy and gladness. Heal and renew her spirit.
Lord, I pray for the mom from SG with children from the directory. Provide for her needs and her children’s needs. Teach her that you are the provider. Teach her how to walk with you. Give her wisdom in her relationships and as she goes through each day.
Be with the children. Draw them to you. Become more and more real to them as they grow. Teach them to rely on you for their needs.
Father, I pray for the family from the directory. Be with the mom and dad. Build their marriage and strengthen their communication with each other. Help them to have patience during their days and learn to trust in you for their daily needs.
Be with their children. Call them as your own. Teach them to walk in your ways. Be with them as they play and keep them safe. Give the parents wisdom in raising them, help the children to learn right and wrong.
Forgive us each our sins. Forgive the parents for not being the right example to the children. Forgive the lack of listening to you and being obedient and Godly in our relationships.
Renew your spirit with us and show us how to teach transgressors your ways. Fill us with your joy.
Fill us with your everlasting, wonderful joy.
